This Agreement is between you and Ongun Savas (“we”, “us”) and governs your purchase and use of Commander (the “App”). By buying, downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Subject to your payment and ongoing compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on computers that you own or control, for your own music-production use. Any per-license activation limit will be shown at checkout.

The App is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the App. You own the music and projects you create with it.
Commander requires you to supply your own API key for a third-party AI provider (such as Anthropic or an OpenAI-compatible service) and to run it alongside Ableton Live. You are responsible for obtaining those services, for all fees they charge, and for complying with their terms. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their output, availability, or costs. Ableton Live is a separate product with its own license.
We may provide updates to the App. This license covers updates we make available within the same major version. New major versions may be offered as separate paid upgrades.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will not affect your Ableton Live projects. Always keep backups of your work.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROJECTS, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR YOUR LICENSE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
This license ends automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using and delete the App. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in New York will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
Commander is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ableton AG. “Ableton” and “Ableton Live” are trademarks of Ableton AG. “VST” is a trademark of Steinberg Media Technologies GmbH. All other marks belong to their owners.
